dRay Tech, Inc. is a full-service general contracting firm that specializes in the design and construction of mission critical facilities throughout the United States.  We offer consulting, management and construction services through each phase of a project.  Preliminary design and budgeting requires an overall analysis of the facility’s requirements in order to develop a preliminary scope of work and budget. Once these are approved, final design and construction drawings can be completed.  Next, construction of the facility can begin and be completed.  We provide our clients with a single point of control throughout this process.  With our extensive experience, we can review proposed plans and/or modifications to ensure that each facility not only meets immediate needs and objectives, but also continues to do so into the future.

Mission critical facilities are complex in that they require special air conditioning systems, emergency power systems, uninterruptible power systems, raised access floor systems, security systems, fire suppression systems, sprinkler systems, etc.  Each system must conform to a myriad of federal, state and local codes; they must interface correctly; and they are the responsibility of several different concerns in the typical design and construction process.  dRay Tech, Inc. oversees and coordinates all of this work to ensure that each system meets code and is installed correctly.
