 Site Upgrades

Sometimes there is additional “life” in an existing facility with upgrades that can maximize space, lower energy costs and add monitoring equipment to improve efficiency analysis.

New Building

The exponential growth of data transmission and archiving has reached capacity at over 44% of AFCOM member data centers.* The need for new data center space is now a major factor in strategic planning in the next decade.  The EPA estimates that data center energy requirements are doubling again between 2006 and 2011.  To manage costs and improve efficiency of cooling and power conversion systems, new efficiency standards will suggest ways to lower power consumption yet provide 24/7 redundancy.

dRay Tech provides the professional team that is knowledgeable in all areas of new building design and LEED engineering for the new Green building requirements.
