Our project management includes:
- Participation in facility, staff, user-group meetings and communication status reports
- Scope management including timelines, construction milestones, and budget control
- Development of schedules for vendor kickoff meetings, equipment delivery, systems punch list
- Management of change order process
- Review of network/telecommunication and information technology system drawings
- Coordinate systems installation schedules to meet inspection and certification dates
- Manage end-user and technical training sessions for all systems
- Deliver record documents, operations and maintenance manuals to the facility
- Complete close-out project process
