Mr. McKaughan has been in the construction industry in California since 1980. He received his degree from the University of Florida, majoring in Building Construction and Architecture.
He has specialized in the area of tenant improvements and high tech facilities, and is very knowledgeable in the design of computer rooms. He has the ability to integrate the various specialized components required in today's computer rooms so that the resulting facility works smoothly and efficiently.
He has been personally involved in all aspects of construction including contract administration, field operations, project management, supervision of subcontractors (such as drywall, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, acoustical, painting, flooring, sprinklers, fire suppression, cabinetry, masonry and concrete), inspections, estimating, owner/architect relations and scheduling.
He has designed and managed numerous projects including data processing centers, commercial structures and tenant improvements, with multi-million dollar budgets. Some of the projects to note are: Paramount Pictures, J. Paul Getty Trust, Comerica Bank, AmerisourceBergen, The Irvine Company, UCLA, Apria Healthcare, Universal Music Group, Pepperdine University and E! Networks.
Theodore Zambrzicky

Mr. Zambrzicky has over twenty-five years of practical experience in the field of facilities management. He has the ability to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical problems in today's complex environments. He has extensive experience in maintaining all building systems in multi-story buildings.
Mr. Zambrzicky has been employed as Director of Facilities Management by a number of Los Angeles Firms, including Blue Cross of Southern California (from 1967 to 1981) and Forest Lawn Memorial Parks (from 1982 to 1988). He has been with dRay Tech, Inc. since 1994.
His positions have entailed the daily management of staff in the installation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems. He has also supervised subcontractors for such trades such as drywall, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, acoustical, flooring, painting, fire sprinklers, masonry, concrete and millwork.
He has supervised numerous projects including: AmeriourceBergen Regional Data Centers, Pepperdine University, Durr Medical, Inc., Universal Music Group, MCA Inc. and Paramount Pictures.
